It was a fantastic family holiday, would definately stay here again, probably next year.

Staff were amazing, excellent family location, all facilities on site in one area. Extremely convenient for family holiday. Staff worked very hard to keep all areas clean and safe, a pleasure to deal with the staff in this complex.

1 key per room, 2 would have been great, we are a couple coming and going at different times from room.

We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Superb hotel. Breakfast had a range of choices for all the family. We had an evening meal on two occasions also . This was also very good with lots of choices. The room was comfortable and clean and modern. The pools were well maintained and ideal for families of all ages. Staff across the hotel were welcoming, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble when you needed anything.

There was nothing not to like. Only observation to help other travellers is that the location is a little outside the centre. We used Uber taxis which were inexpensive and very convenient so we didn't have any problems getting out and about. Buses go passed frequently too. However there is plenty tod o at the hotel and waterpark if you don't want to go off the complex.

Exceptional

Sunbed Access never an issue, the waterpark so close, kids activities ( mine didn't partake, but they looked fun) was calm but even when busy the staff were the nicest event in the waterpark.

Nothing really, but seperate hotel access to the waterpark or ideally some time in before the opening hours for all would be an amazing add to the hotel.

The Best Hotel in the Algarve!!

This was the best stay we've ever had! The Aquashow Water Park Hotel was a dream come true. It truely is a resort with so many amenities. Breakfast had a wide variety and we opted to have dinner as well which was a buffet. We highly recommend this hotel for families with kids. Minutes walk to the water park. We had views of the water park from our hotel room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Wish we had chosen the half board option. Ended up having dinner here every night - it was that good!!

Great place for families!

Lovely hotel, great staff!

There’s very little surrounding the hotel, a couple of restaurants but no shops etc. it wasn’t a massive deal though as an Uber to Quarteira town and vilamoura is reasonable and there is a bus stop outside

Exceptional. Couldn't fault anything at all

Food was exceptional, large display and plenty of everything. Menu at night was also exceptional, keenly priced and excellent service. Pool and facilities were 10/10. Cleanliness throughout.

Taxi service is poor for wheelchair access to go anywhere.

Happy with value for money and hotel room that sleeps family. Staff and breakfast. Entrance to waterpark being part of the package with hotel was a huge plus.

Unable to walk anywhere with roads not having paths.

Good if you want to be right next to the water park

Everything you need if you want to be close to the water park. Decent and clean room, good shower. Nice indoor pool and outdoor playground. Dinner was nice when it was a buffet (one night wasn't a buffet and could be improved). Great breakfast. Housekeeping were everywhere, constantly cleaning so everything was spotless.

One of the pictures of the hotel on booking.com is a promotion which gives a free entrance to the water part if you stay for two nights so we expected to get this. Apparently this was only valid in October and November. The way the picture is cropped when looking on a mobile phone eliminated the months of the promotion (we commented on this to the team and the picture is still there, 3 days later). Dinner when there was no buffet lacked options. On the night we ate, there was a spinach soup and calamari starter. One of us doesn't eat spinach and two of us don't eat calamari. No substitutions offered. Buffet was so much nicer when eating with kids as its quick and full of options. While we understand why they need to go a-la-carte, it would be good to be generous with the options. Too much cheap laminated signage about covid in the hotel.

Wonderful

Probably one of the best children friendly hotel we stayed in in Portugal. Might be busy in the summer, but we love it outside the season! (We went last year in November as well and we loved it). The “family room” meant 2 normal/double bed rooms with a door in the middle! Which was fantastic, but not clearly described when booked! The staff was friendly and relaxed. We also had a family ticket to the indoor waterpark included in the booking for 2 nights (a nice surprise, I didn’t see this info when booked!). The indoor waterpark is great for kids, plus, it is THE ONLY INDOOR WATERPARK in Portugal and Spain, as far as I know… We were happy to be almost alone there, but also sad about the “low” marketing of the place.

I like everything it was nice and clean and a friendly staff however I think the room Miss some touches like a kettle and the option to have tea and coffee in the room and maybe some Biscuit and something on the bed when you arrive it would be nice and a little touch for families or even a little toy for the kids from the hotel with the name Aquashow mom it i believe it would put a plus for the hotel thanks

Was fabulous stay it just that 10e deposit for everything when not carrying cash is ridiculous, been so many hotels and

Some little things needs attention like the shower glass looked like broken. Rooms needed bit more light. For the 4 star hotel was missing complimentary tea and coffee in the room with small kettle. The iron and ironing board to be in the rooms not 10e for every thing deposit.

Enjoyable short stay

We had a spacious room with a balcony. You get free access to the Aqua Park nearby, although only for the outdoor one. Free and adequate parking spots available at the property. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.

The staff at the reception were neither polite nor friendly. Housekeeping did a very mediocre job. Beds were not done properly. Toilet paper was not provided.
